Kiara Training College and its associate companies are working together with healthcare organisations and government departments in Ghana, Sierra Leone, The Gambia and Nigeria to train Healthcare workers and improve service delivery in this sector.
These countries are identified by the World Health organisation as facing Human Resources for Health crisis.
For the past 5 years we have been contracted by the Skills Funding Agency of the United Kingdom to train Health and Social Care workers. We wish to 'export' this experience to these countries to enable them cope with the migration of their Health Care workers overseas. We also aim to improve existing health care services in these countries.
For more information, please download the attached Brain Gain projects document. If you are a health and social care organisation in any of these countries and wish to access our services, please complete the Expression of Interest Application form. If you wish to donate your time/money towards these projects please do contact us
